I cannot speak more highly of the experience that I had with Cat who assisted me in buying my 1st home. She was incredibly patient with me as she answered multiple questions and helped me navigate a very difficult market. The entire team we worked with, who came from her recommendations (Bold City Mortgage, Gray inspections) made for a seamless transaction on my end. There were a few complicated situations when it came to a new roof and the appraisal coming in low, but Cat was able to handle everything behind the scenes making it making it a very enjoyable home buying experience. Cat helped me purchase my first home this spring- in the height of the fast-paced (slightly chaotic!) market explosion. In a seller’s market, she helped me navigate through the process of buying: viewing homes, making strong offers, and landing my perfect first home! Cat was always working… messaging me houses of interest, making herself available for showings at a moments notice to beat the competition, and negotiating my final deal successfully (when external factors made it look like it wouldn’t come together!). I want to start my story by thanking God for blessing us with a wonderful neighbor.
During this period of the pandemic Cat contacted us by email expressing concern about why we did not go to the US for so long. Until that moment we had only met each other on two occasions and we didn't know she was a realtor. From then on, after her questions, we expressed our interest in putting the house up for rent. It was the best job I've ever seen in my life, fast, dynamic, efficient and objective. Cat is a deeply dedicated and trustworthy professional, what she has done for us through this work is much more than any simple professional would do, she has an essence of being human that goes beyond simple work for money.
